Long & Foster has designed the office of the future where our associates simply “plug-in” at their desks to a business resource center containing MLS, laser printing, the Agent Toolbox©, and office software (like word processing and spreadsheets) which are all available through our Local Area Networks CLANS). The Agent Toolbox contains a series of productivity tools designed to streamline daily functions. Items like “Where’s My Check?” tie into our accounting system so our sales associates have an up-to-the-minute account of their transactions. “The Promotion Store,” where associates can order sign riders, business cards, business accessories, and other marketing products and services, is another example. These are just a few of the exclusive items available to Long & Foster Sales Associates that keep them on the cutting edge.

Another exclusive is the Information Services Help Desk which you can call with any technical question about MLS, “Top Producer,” or even something as simple as, “How do I print out my word processing?”

We also have an extensive Personal Computer Training Program with dedicated trainers who know all about real estate as well as computers. We offer hands-on training at all skill levels on popular office and real estate-specific software at either our Fairfax

Headquarters or in your office through our “On The Road” training
program using the latest laptop computers.
