-Glass Foot Scraper Files can be used on wet and dry skin. If this is your first time using a foot scraper file, we suggest a short foot soak prior to using your foot rasp. This will help soften the skin

– Soak your feet for a few minutes in a warm foot soak or bath, consider adding a few drops of essential oils or epsom salts to the water. We find lavender, lemon, sweet orange or peppermint good choices for an aromatic and relaxing foot soak.- Pat your feet dry with a towel

– Gently rub the foot file on the heel and sole of the feet in a forwards and backwards motion.

– Use the coarse side to remove dead, rough skin and hard calluses and the finer side on more delicate and soft skin. The finer side works best as a finishing touch to leave the skin smooth. You will need to assess what your feet need based on your needs.

– Remove the excess dead skin with the towel or rinse feet with running water

– Dry skin is the main cause of cracked heels,calluses and other discomforts,make sure to keep your feet well moisturized with a rich moisturizing cream

– Use the foot file twice a week on dry or wet skin,remember to be careful not to over-file,and always follow on by applying a moisturiser for the best possible results
